Under The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (the FOI Act) you have the right to know how public services like the NHS are organised and run. This includes being able to find out how much they cost and how to make a complaint, if you need to. You also have the right to know what services we provide, what our goals and targets are and how well we’re doing.
We want to make things simple and easy for you, so we’re committed to being as open as possible about these things. We aim to show what’s happening and to make sure that any information you need is easy to request and access.
As part of this, our Publication Scheme (made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002), is designed to help you find all the information we publish. The Publication Scheme is divided into 14 headings, under each heading you should find all of the information that we publish on that topic.
