NHS 24 publishes information for patients and the general public on health issues as well as corporate documents that highlight the performance, progress and plans for the organization.


Accessibility
NHS 24 is committed to making sure that the information we provide is accessible to the wider public. Alternative formats and languages will be made available for anybody who requests them or when we anticipate a specific need.

Web accessibility 
All pages produced on the NHS 24 website will conform to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Publication Scheme 
Our Publication Scheme (made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002), is designed to help you find all the information we publish.

Leaflets 
We maintain a range of electronic patient information leaflets which cover a variety of NHS and Scottish Government services. We have included other languages and alternative formats.

Stategic Plan
NHS 24's “Delivering and Moving Forward” sets out our Strategic Framework for 2009/10-2011/12.

Annual Review
