Involving you

It’s not only members of our Public Partnership Forum who have a say in what we do. We involve members of the public in many ways, including the development our new Patient Focus and Public Involvement Strategy 2012 to 2015, ‘Working Together - You and NHS 24’. Our Patient Focus and Public Involvement Strategy sets out how we plan to involve patients and the public in the development of our service from 2012 to 2015.

We are grateful to everyone who responded to our consultation on our new Patient Focus and Public Involvement Strategy 2012 to 2015.  We are developing an action plan which will ensure that our commitment contained within the strategy is put into practice and patient focus and public involvement is further mainstreamed within NHS 24.
