When I call NHS 24, who will I speak to?
Your call will be answered by one of our Call Handlers who will ask you a few simple questions about why you’ve called us. They will then put you through to a Nurse Practioner, Pharmacist, Dental Nurse or Health Information Advisor. The person that they transfer your call to will depend on the type of help you need.
