No, this is because NHS 24 is a telephone helpline, so our Nurse Practioner can only help you by telephone.
In fact, the Nurse Practioner you speak to might not even be close to where you live. If we think that you need to see a nurse or other health care worker before your doctor’s surgery re-opens, then we will arrange for this to take place locally.
