Notes on Expenditure

Deloitte SFLA support – following a tender process, Deloitte's were appointed as advisors to NHS 24 in respect of their Strategic Frontline Application (SFLA) procurement process. This is a major re-procurement of frontline systems as current contracts are coming to end-of-life.

VAT Liaison – this fee is derived from a percentage of all identified VAT corrections, and this expenditure is thus offset by the VAT reclaims that NHS 24 are able to make.

Transaction Analysts – again, this fee is derived from a percentage of reclaims that NHS 24 were able to make in relation to minor discrepancies identified within their Purchase ledger system, and is therefore offset in full by reclaims.
